Texas Southmost College will offer extended hours every Saturday in August to assist students with registration for the fall 2019 semester. Fall classes begin Aug. 26.

The Scorpion Registration Rally is an extended hours event at TSC’s one-stop-shop at the Oliveira Student Services Center that assists new and continuing TSC students in registering for classes.

Texas Southmost College will host a Scorpion Registration Rally on Aug. 14, 2019, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the Oliveira Student Services Center to continue to help students register for the fall 2019 semester.

Newly-admitted Texas Southmost College students receive information about federal aid, loan programs, scholarships and grants at the college's financial aid department, located on the first floor of the Oliveira Student Services Center.

Without financial aid, TSC alumnus Noel Rangel may not have graduated with an associate degree in social work from TSC in 2018 or had the opportunity to pursue his bachelor's degree.

Diana Rodriguez had a plan. She knew she wanted to go to a four-year university and get her degree in education.

Like many plans she decided to take the first step towards her goal and complete her core credits at Texas Southmost College. As Rodriguez was finishing her core classes and getting ready to look at her next step, she realized she needed help deciding where to go after graduating from TSC.
