Dr. Lily F. Tercero, TSC president, assumes a new leadership role as a member of the National Community College Hispanic Council (NCCHC) Board of Directors. In this capacity, she joins community college leaders from across the United States in fulfilling NCCHC's mission of preparing and supporting Hispanic leaders in America's community colleges. |
