TSC, UTB and UTRGV Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Create Seamless Transfers

BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS – DECEMBER 10, 2014 – Texas Southmost College, The University of Texas at Brownsville and The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley announced a new collaboration with the signing of a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday, Dec. 10 at the TSC Arts Center.
