Diploma Reprint

If you would like to order a replacement diploma for one that has been lost or destroyed or if you would like a duplicate diploma, please click on the link below to be taken to the order form.

You will need to bring in the form and receipt of payment to TSC Admissions and Records.

The cost for a replacement or duplicate diploma is $25.00 payable at TSC Cashiers in Tandy Hall.

Allow four weeks for processing official degrees and certificates.

If there is a hold on your TSC records, we cannot release diplomas.
